Yes - all advertised prices include VAT. If you are an overseas customer (outside the European Union) you are not liable for VAT and it will be deducted from the total price in your shopping cart. However, you are responsible for any import taxes or duties payable for the goods, since you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving them. (For more information, please contact your local Customs Department).
 
Delivery is calculated automatically based on your delivery address (UK, EU or Overseas) and is displayed in your shopping cart. Postage for CDs is £1.00 per unit, up to a maximum postage charge of £5.00. Postage is FREE beyond £5.00. First class mail/registered postage for overseas delivery addresses (outside UK & Europe) has an additional one-off charge of £3.00.

Please note that all our CD orders are sent First Class/Recorded Delivery. Instrument delivery charges are calculated based on weight. If your package has not been received by you within the stated delivery time and you have not been notified of any delay in despatch, you should contact Keda stating clearly your Name, Order number and Date of order.

Keda will not take responsibility for goods that are not collected from your Post Office in the event of you being unavailable at the first delivery attempt. For such uncollected items that are returned back to Keda, we reserve the right to charge postage for re-sending the goods.

 
Keda will send you an email stating the estimated delivery time and giving you the option to cancel your order if this is unacceptable to you.
 
Yes - Your purchased goods are insured by the courier against damages or loss during transit. Keda does not take any responsibility for damages or loss caused during transit.

Our couriers (UPS & Fedex) ship musical Instruments to any location worldwide. Please ensure that you submit your complete postal address and postcode so that your order may be delivered to your doorstep.
 
All instruments have been carefully handpicked and tested for product quality by musician owner of Keda – Kuljit Bhamra. Instruments are chosen for their high quality workmanship and quality of materials used. Our electronic products carry a warranty of one year from the date of purchase to cover manufacturing defects arising out of faulty or defective materials or workmanship. Any product found defective within the warranty period may be sent back to us freight prepaid after obtaining our approval for such return. The product will be rectified/replaced and returned freight prepaid to the customer. Please refer to our Return Policy in the Terms & Conditions

Please note that the warranty terms are become null and void in case of any of the following:
Physical abuse, improper handling, reckless use or negligence by the user causing damage to the product.
Attempted repairs or modifications to the product by unauthorised persons.
The Warranty seal on the product is removed or tampered with.
The serial number of the product is deleted, defaced or altered.
The printed warranty form is not completed and returned to us within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the goods
